Audio, Video and S-Video sockets.

For basic quality audio, there are RCA sockets for stereo outputs to an amplifier. For basic quality video, there is an RCA socket for a composite video signal. For a better picture quality, there is also an S-Video socket.

Optical and Digital Coaxial sockets.

The digital optical, and digital coaxial, connections provided the best sound quality.

This player is capable of a wide frequency response of 4 Hz to 44 kHz, providing the sound file is encoded to a 96 kHz sampling rate.

SCART Socket

For the best picture quality, the SCART socket provides a component RGB video signal.

  • Red: 0.7 Vp-p (75 Ω)
  • Green: 0.7 Vp-p (75 Ω)
  • Blue: 0.7 Vp-p (75 Ω)
