RT-6035 Back Cover

Back Information

At the back, the Toshiba RT-6035 has a pair of jack sockets for attaching external microphones so you can record in stereo. There is also a record and playback DIN socket for compatibility with other units with such a facility. This radio cassette can operate on mains power (220 V to 240 V at 50 Hz) using a figure 8 type cable, or you could power it using six "D" size dry cells. As you can see, the information label indicates that the manufacturing origin is Japan.

Speaker Mount and Enclosure Grille

This radio cassette has an interesting speaker mount that clamps each speaker between the front and back halves of the case, without the use of screws. There is also a plastic grille for the sound to escape.
