SABA RCR 384 Drive Belt

The SABA RCR 384 has a single flat drive belt for the tape transport mechanism. It connects the DC motor pulley to the capstan flywheel. This unit has the original factory fitted belt, which has continued to operate without any problems. This might be because it is a thick belt, whereas many modern belts tend to be less than 0.5 mm in thickness.
