Canon T50 Battery Door

The Canon T50 battery door is on the underside. It is a hinged door with a plastic locking mechanism. Be careful when opening it as it can break easily, and replacements are hard to find.

The great thing about this camera is that it accepts a pair of standard "AA" size dry cells, which last a long time.

Remember to remove the batteries when keeping the camera in storage, as they may leak and damage it.
