M-5010EC Battery Compartment

The M-5010EC battery compartment houses a PP3 9 V battery and an overload protection fuse. A zinc-carbon battery provides approximately 100-hours of use whilst an alkaline cell provides 200-hours. The "LO BAT" indicator shows when there is less than 20 % charge left. The back has a folding stand so the meter could be oriented in an upright position. The back cover also has a slant angle making it easy to hold the unit.
