LGA775 Socket

The Land Grid Array (LGA) 775, also known as LGA775, and Socket T is a processor socket for Intel Pentium 4 Prescott series processors. It supports Pentium 4 3XX, 5XX, and 7XX sequence processors. This socket requires a special heatsink and cooler fan assembly, which attaches to the motherboard.

The yellow triangle indicates pin 1. It is not possible to install the CPU incorrectly due to the circular notches around the edges, known as alignment keys.
