Bluetooth CSR 4.0 Dongle -- How to Use and Where to Start

If you are a total newbie to Bluetooth, then the place to start is on the right side of the System Tray in Windows. When you connect the Bluetooth CSR 4.0 Dongle to the USB port, you should see the blue icon.

When you right-click on the icon for the pop-up menu, and select Add a Device, a window showing all the nearby Bluetooth devices appears and you have to choose your device that you wish to connect to.
