Sony TC-158SD Loudspeaker

The TC-158SD has 10 cm diameter open magnet loudspeaker with a rating of 1.5 W and coil resistance of 3.2 Ω. When outside the plastic case, it does not sound loud, however when attached tightly to its mounting with four clips, then the sound is more prominent. The sound is extremely clear and high quality as one would expect of vintage Sony units. Back then in the mid 70s, Akio Morita himself would have provided design input.
